Service fees

Escrow Agent GmbH charges a fixed rate for its escrow account services depending on the amount in escrow.
 
Basic fee: €  3,000
plus 0.2% p.a. of the amount in escrow.
 
The interest accrued, less any taxes and bank charges, is paid to the beneficiary of the escrow amount.
All expenses (such as bank charges) arising in connection with the escrow account services are reimbursed to Escrow Agent GmbH upon presentation of the relevant document.

If applicable, VAT is invoiced.
